Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with any item you buy from us. If for whatever reason you aren't simply post the unused item back to us within 14 days of purchase and when we receive your item we will credit your charge card for your original purchase price less any shipping charges you paid.
As an example if you ordered a $58.00 teapot that enjoyed our free shipping over $50.00 and don't like the color you can send it back and we will refund you $58.00. On the other hand if you ordered a $9.00 mug and paid $7.00 for shipping we will refund you $9.00.
Your item needs to be in the same condition you received it with the box etc. intact. Please repack it properly and we advise insuring it for its full value as you own it till it is safely back in our hands but we leave that decision entirely up to you.
If your order is one of the very rare packages to get broken please advise us immediately on opening. Save the broken item with all the packaging and we will arrange a replacement or refund as you wish.
We do realize that unforseen events happen in life so if like Tom Hanks you end up stranded on an island for months and the mug Aunt May gave you as a going away present at your cruise ships sailing is still hideous and you would have returned it from Florida a week later had the boat actually returned we'll listen to your homeric story and try and be helpful with a solution.
